Our VAs are based in the Philippines. At TopTalent.ph, we guarantee that our staff are fluent not only in verbal communication but also in written form and have good comprehension skills through a rigorous screening process.

Our VAs will usually work in a regular U.S. office hours, Mondays to Fridays, but please contact us if you need them working on evenings or weekends, to ensure that you are always supported.

Your hired VA will work as long as you need them to. There will be no problem if you need them to work on special tasks on weekends and on US holidays just let them know in advance.

We will return to you in 1-2 business days after filling out the form at https://www.TopTalent.ph/contact/ and providing clear instructions on what service you want. Based on your needs, we’ll have a consultation call and pick the most suitable VA for you.

Yes, once you are finished with the consultation call and we have the task specifications and instruction list, TopTalent.ph will work on choosing the VA that suits your needs. The resume of the endorsed VA will then be forwarded to you via email.

Yes, after deciding a VA based on our endorsement, we will facilitate a phone interview between you and the VA.

Once you have decided on hiring a VA, we will send you an invoice. You may then give them work within 24 hours of the payment being made.

Once payments have been processed, a dedicated VA will be working exclusively for you. Please treat them like a regular in-house employee.

How you work is up to you. Many clients prefer using a combination of email and phone calls while others prefer to use applications such as Skype or Zoom. If you prefer to work in a certain way, your VA would be happy to fulfill those requirements.

We will use a time monitoring software to make sure you are only billed of productive hours and we will give you a weekly update on the tasks your dedicated VA has accomplished.

The hiring process usually takes 1-2 days but we can speed up the process if you provide a complete guide of the tasks you want done. To ensure we find the best answer for your business needs, we need to get an idea of who you are, what are things you need help with and what are the most important tasks that our VAs will be focusing on in the to-do list that you have received.

You may choose to pay with PayPal or your credit card. We will send an invoice via email and we will send you a receipt via email after you have paid, and then we will start working together to provide you with the best business solutions.

Absolutely not, but once you have decided on a VA, you will be billed in 80 hours (2 weeks) worth of work in advance and from there you can adjust your payment and subscription plan based on your needs just contact us at support@TopTalent.ph.

We want you to be happy with the service we provide, we will replace them with a new one and find a better match, contact us at support@TopTalent.ph for any concerns. We can always give you a new VA if needed.

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription any time before the next billing period because there are no binding contracts. Just send an email to support@TopTalent.p about the change and we will update your plan status accordingly.

We do not allow refunds, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please send us an email. Please contact us before the next billing period to avoid extra charges.

Our VAs have access to Microsoft Office. At the very least, they need to have communication application such as Zoom and have a time tracking software installed. 

If you are looking for a VA with expertise on a specific software, let us know. We have it covered from WordPress, G-Suite, Trello and more.

Ideally, you would make a call to give them the information. Some other employer use password and log-in manager applications. Also, please only give information that you are comfortable with and needed for them to do their job.

Given the nature of our work, we take data security very seriously. Also since they use a certain email address and cloud storage, only they can access the files you give to them.
